(More customer reviews)I followed the instructions and completed the refill without a problem. The instructions for installing the reset key were a bit vague. The tab just needs to be installed all the way to the left. I thought reset meant the gears needed to be turned back, but that is not the case, the key just needs to be intalled in the correct position.
