(More customer reviews)You have to love how HP products tell you what ails them. In this case one of my workhorse 3600n printers came up with an error indicating that the fuser was dead. I confirmed this by swapping the fuser from another printer, then ordered this replacement. It took longer to unpack the box than to install the unit, and things are working great once again. If this one lasts as long as the original I'll be a happy campter.
