(More customer reviews)The New Black+Color 32/33 Ink for LEXMARK X8350 X5470 X7170 arrived quickly but were not full. The 32 black was 1/2 full and the color cartridge was on empty. It was packaged well. Installation was easy. Cartridges were to manufacturing shape and size specification. I installed into the printer was no problems. I did not use the printer for several days and did not need to turn it on. When I did need it a message came up on my screen that the use of the product voided factory warranty and asked if I would like to continue or order the Lexmark product. Since the cartridges fit correctly I hit the continue button. The next screen warns me that the ink level is low. The black is 1/2 full and the color 33 cartridge is on empty. Amazon asked that I contact the supplier to resolve the situation. Suppliers reply stated to ship back the cartridges with prepaid UPS labels that I needed to print out! Useless request because the shipped ink cartridges were either low on ink or empty for using the printer. Supplier should have better quality control of product before shipping to customer and not to ask customer to print out labels knowing that the is low and empty and just send out the prepaid shipping labels.
