(More customer reviews)After seeing the ad with the picture of the Rhinoteck cartridge box I believed I was getting that cartridge. No I got a knock off generic cartridge in a completely different box. That is my major complaint. I must be honest I have not used one of these yet but wanted to alert everyone that this is not a Rhinoteck product. The similar cartridge costs 90 dollars from them and 135 dollars from HP. I do not care if they state it is "Rhinoteck compatible". It would have been more accurate to say it is "HP compatible". They are using an after market product name where they could have easily said HP compatible because that is what it really is. I would not have purchased these cartridges if in fact they would have shown their packaging with "no name".
I just opened up one cartridge and although it appears to not be a drill and fill the cartridge developing roller shows marks, lines and wear and is definitely not new. Again I did not place it in my machine yet but with the lines on the roller I cannot see how it will perform like a new cartridge. Be aware and don't stand for the bait and switch even through it is grammatically correct.
