(More customer reviews)I had tried an off brand refill cartridge that made a mess of a print job, so I gave up and bought the name brand that works just fine. I just hope the next time I have to buy one its at the same price I payed because now I see it on Amazon for $199 which is 4 times as much as I payed for the laser printer.
