(More customer reviews)I've tried both this cartridge and the color version by the same manufacturer and had nothing but trouble- smeared ink on the pages, constant need to clean the printer heads, cleaning that does not improve the image, etc. To be honest, the Dell V313 had had terrible reviews, as well, so it may be a printer problem and not a cartridge problem. I finally gave up on the Dell as an everyday printer and picked up a Samsung ML-2525 laser, and I'm very happy with it.
