(More customer reviews)I ordered this item online and paid for a new item only to be surprised when the item arrives that the item is a uuuuuusssed and usless item or a refurbished item, Nowhere does it state that this item is a used item so why the misinformation and the scam?
The item recieved is totally different from the one displayed, no protective covering, nothing to remove from the drum, It did not come with the orange clips as shown and you could see scratches on the drum and evidence that the drum was already used, I'm gonna give my attorney a call to see what redress I can get for this false advertising.HP Q3964A Drum Compatible Laser Drum Unit for the Color LaserJet 2550, 2820 & 2840 by LD Products
