(More customer reviews)I have had nothing but trouble with these cartridges. The printer says they are either empty or not installed at all, when I get it to copy (it won't print from the computer with these cartridges in it) the blue is absent, prints everything in pink. Tried every troubleshooting solution that I could find on the internet but there is no fix for second rate products. I guess I got what I paid for. Now it is going to cost me sooo much more because I have to go to the office store and pay for the REAL thing.
