(More customer reviews)When I went to place this toner into my Brother HL-3040CN the machine told me I still needed to replace the cartridge. I contacted the company [...] to resolve the issue and they told me to clean the print heads. As this printer is an LED printer there are no print heads to clean so their advice was worthless and they seemed reluctant to replace the product. After searching the internet for half and hour I found out how to access the toner menus in the printer and reset them manually. So far this seems to have worked but this product did not perform correctly as it should have without extra effort and hassle on my part.
