(More customer reviews)My company has decided to use only "X" toners that are rated for double the number of prints versus a regular "A" toner from HP. Buying the dual pack means more toner ships less frequently with less packaging. Still included in the dual pack is the return slip so you would return both spent cartridges all at once in the same box.
Regarding the quality of the product, while I may use third party toner at home, genuine toner from HP is what I insist on using at work. It may cost more, but I've never had a genuine cartridge leak on me yet. Silly to use third party toner on a $1500 printer anyway.
