(More customer reviews)Back in January, I purchased this replacement cartridge for my copier and thought that I had done a good bit of price shopping. I received the item as promised but it didn't work as promised. I got about 5 copies out when it all of a sudden went completely gray on the rest of the copies. I unplugged the machine hoping that it would reset itself, thinking maybe it was the machine. I let it sit for 10 minutes and then started it back up. Same thing except I got just one good copy this time then grays. So I shut it down for a whole day, and then started it back up, this time I got not a single good copy but all grays. The first time it happened I also called the company service number provided and got, of course - no one. I waited for about a week for someone to call back, got fed up and then called them again during business hours of course. They couldn't get anyone to talk with me and said that I could email or write a letter and mail it. Then someone would get back to me. I finally relented and gave them contact info and got a call back hours later at a time when I really couldn't talk.
Moral of the story - I wouldn't buy from this company ever again. Horrible customer service and products that don't perform as promised.
