(More customer reviews)When I ordered these cartridges we had about a week left in our current one. When they came I installed the first cartridge and it was very light with dark stripes down it. I called them before installing the second cartridge and got prompt customer service. They said to test the second cartridge and if it worked to send the defective cartridge back. Luckily the second cartridge was not defective. It took a couple of weeks for them to get the new cartridge back to me. They paid for shipping both ways and since the other cartridge worked it wasn't much of a burden on us to wait for it.
The returned cartridge works fine.
Over all it was an OK experience.
