(More customer reviews)Let me start by saying that I've never used this process before (filling my toner carts). That being said, this process is a complete mess, then I found out that my cartridges need "flag gear" in order to operate properly. This is something I was not aware of when I ordered the toner. Now I need to order this "flag gear" and still wait to use my printer.
I cannot remark to the quality of the toner because I cannot use it until I receive the flag gear, however, I can say that Toner Eagle shipped my order VERY quickly, the toner came packaged very well, with instructions, multiple sets of toner cleaning rags, and gloves. From that standpoint I was impressed. I think, though, in the future, I'll just pay the premium for toner that's ready to go!
