(More customer reviews)The colors are great and a great value. The black cartridge I received does not work in my Brother MFC-490CM. I suspect it has something to do with size. In my printer the black brother cartridge is bigger than the colored ones, but in the package, the black was the same size as all the other colors. The cartridge snaps in, and the printer gets ready, but it does not draw any ink from it.
