(More customer reviews)The cartridge I received was defective - everything printed with it had a green hue. I contacted the seller - 4inkjets - and was told I had to deal with the manufacturer. I expect the seller to stand behind the product it sells, and not push me off to someone else. I called the manufacturer, and after spending time of the phone with them, they agreed to send a replacement cartridge.
