(More customer reviews)I ordered a 2 pack. The first one performed marginally at best with streaks and unacceptable quality. I contacted the store and decided to see if it would get better with use for a week or so. It did not. I opened the second one to see if it would be better. By the time I decided it too was no good, they refused the return saying too much time had passed.
The return policy means that you are taking a risk on the second one, even if the first one actually does work. In retrospect, I should have returned both of them right away - my mistake. But they will not stand behind their products - especially the second one if you are planning to save it until the first one wears out...Be smarter than I was and order the drum from Brother!
