(More customer reviews)Actually ordered the Xerox brand toner cartridge from another company who orders it from Tektronix who uses Amazon as a fulfillment center.
The cartridge was not enclosed in a bag and the Xerox box had been opened and resealed. Toner was all over the inside of the box and the cartridge. I am confident this was not an OEM product as was indicated in the description when ordering and was put in a Xerox box. Cartridge did not work in the printer. The company I originally ordered it from (Hugo's) offered me a $10 gift card not to write a negative report. Horrible experience. Thankfully Amazon very accomodating in allowing me to return this product for a full refund.
