I ordered a replacement toner cartridge from Greattoners seven months ago,
on June 4, 2010. The cartridge was defective. I immediately wrote a letter
to Greattoners about its cartridge.
Greattoners sent me a letter three months later. It invited me to call its
customer service phone number for help in getting a refund. I made two long
distance calls, at my expense, to its customer service department during
regular business hours. Nobody answered the phone. I accepted its message
machine invitation to leave my name and phone number for a return call. Two
weeks passed and Greattoners didn't return my call.
I then sent a letter to Greattoners, requesting a refund. That was two months
ago. I haven't received a refund or communication from Greattoners.
I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the City Of Industry Better
Business Bureau.
If you are looking to do business with a company having integrity, Greattoners
is not the one.
