(More customer reviews)This is a great and cheap alternative to buying a whole new toner cartridge. The problem I have found is that on each refill, the chip will run out of pages, but there will still be toner left. It would be great if the chip allotted more pages per refill because otherwise, you will run through all of your chips and still have toner left over. If I could order just the chips I would because I have toner left over from the last refill kit, but no chips left so the toner is useless because the printer will not do anything if the chip has reached its limit...the printer is trying to be too smart.
