(More customer reviews)(I Bought yellow- but this could happen to all colors) I purposefully tried not to buy a "compatible" but real cartridge.. I tried to save money by buying a re-manufactured cartridge because they all get sent back to Konica for recycling. The cartridge looks beat up and when I installed it- the printer refuses to recognize it. I tried to save a little money but did not desire an off brand that doesn't work. WASTED LOTS OF MONEY!!!! DON'T DO THE SAME!!!!!
