(More customer reviews)The ink is not Epson quality but it is okay. The cartridges do work in my Epson Workforce 500. My only concern with this purchase was the packaging. They stuffed 10 cartridges in one small soft sided envelope. Several of the cartridge boxes were crushed. No damage was done to the cartridges but that may have been just serendipity. When I left my original feedback the company called and promised to send me a new package with their revised packaging if I removed my feedback. I removed the feedback but have not received a new shipment. I have decided to let everyone know that their packaging is really bad and they do not follow up on their promises.
