They are not high-capacity and they are sealed in packages of 3, which means that you must replace all 3 cartridges at once, or the remaining ones will dry out. The origin of these "discount" inks may be found in the ancient Chinese custom of manufacturing "extra" items in a production run, then selling them on the black market.
