(More customer reviews)I bought three of these at once since we use them a lot. The first one I installed worked....it was very faint red....but red none-the-less. As long as I can get it past the post office I don't care what shade of red it is. We opened the second one when it was time to use it....and it was dried up. So begrudgingly I opened up the third one in hopes that it was a fluke that the second one was dried up...but nope...the third one....all dried up too! Although I HATE paying the prices Pitney Bowes asks for the name brand versions.....I have had more than one bad experience (I have purchased knock off's and recycled ones in the past with bad results) and I've come to realize that either I take my chances of buying one at a time that is a knock off or refurb.....and then be left with no backup when I need it.....or I stick to buying the brand only. I gave this brand two stars because at least the first one worked.
