(More customer reviews)I ordered two each of black, magenta, yellow and cyan. All the colors shipped from LD and were fantastic. The two blacks shipped from Amazon and I received one black covered in toner and broken, and one used Magenta instead of the two new black cartridges. LD said they would ship me a replacement if it was from them, but not from Amazon. Amazon is sending a return label and they will eventually credit me for a refund when they receive the cartridges back. They won't ship new ones unless I buy them again. Not likely.
