(More customer reviews)Replacement drum worked for about 3 weeks then failed. Had to spend a lot of money for a repair technician to come out. He said the drum I had bought online was no good. He guessed that it had been exposed to light prior to being sold! Bottom line I had to dig deep into my pockets to have my amazon drum replaced within a month.
Don't waste your time or money with this product!
