(More customer reviews)I ordered these cartridges for my HP printer. When they arrived I loaded them in the printer and much to my surprise, the printing quality was terrible. Streaks, missing colors...a real mess. I cleaned the printer heads several times to no avail I contacted both Amazon and the provider. Amazon claimed no responsibility. The supplier (who I didn't know I was dealing with...I ordered the cartridges from Amazon and expected them to be responsible for the quality). The supplier sent me new cartridges and the same problems occurred. I have since replaced the junk with new cartridges and the printer works fine, so it was obviously a cartridge problem. I would like to know how Amazon gets away with ducking responsibility.
