(More customer reviews)i bought one, it worked great for a few months, i printed some nice photos out--although there was a noticeable heat streak in photos. i crossed my fingers hoping this was going to be as good as my "brother" black toner laser printer, which is a reliable workhorse and never streaks. then a few months later, full on streaking started, and its complicated to clean, then the noises (when it is just sitting there, it makes this sort of high pitched vibration noise every minute or so until it goes to sleep, but it wakes itself up all the time). it won't work on my apple airport express wifi printing, now it streaks and it gets paper stuck in it all the time. it sucks, its such an investment too--all the toner is super expensive (although i like the idea of laser toner over ink jet.) the price is because too good to be true, its an unreliable printer. spend a little more and check the ratings!
