(More customer reviews)The printer is quick to print and nice to look at but I have had problems.
1. The toner cartidge delivered with the printer lasted less than 1000 pages. I am on my second cartridge now and if this keeps up, this printer will be uneconmical.
2. The printer regularly got a System Timeout message on the LCD and then would not function. Dell service was helpful and is sending a replacement but I do not have high hopes given that there was no firmware listed on their support page.
3. I first submitted an email request for support to dell.com. There was no response to that request.
4. The support website does not recognize my service tag, order number or other information that would let me add the printer to my account on dell.com.
