(More customer reviews)Ordered this product from this seller but received it open, not only the package but the seal that is suppose to keep it from drying. The seller swears the ink cartridge was NEVER used, but there is evidence that the cartridge had been used as there is dried ink on the bottom of cartride. Seller refused to credit unless I pay for shipping back. Seller charged $12. plus shipping came to almost $17.00 altogether, later found out that I could have purchased the same thing UNOPENED/NEW for $14.00. Will never purchase from this seller again. iglopez923 is just a ripoff. I have been purchasing from Amazon.com for a long time and have never had a bad experience like this before. Just beware of who you buy from. I guess it pays off to seek those sellers that have lots of positive reviews.
