(More customer reviews)I happen to buy this product directly from HP. I had it for two weeks and the interal display broke. Called HP tech to find out about getting it repaired, and was told that it was my fault that it broke, and that it was not something that could be repaired, bottom line I was told I had to buy another at 160.00. I have had a complain into Hpheadquarters for about a week now and have not gotten a response. Next step is the better business bereau.
