(More customer reviews)Though this item was advertised as "New" after receiving it in clear plastic bags loose and not in the shown Lexmark box. I called them the first day of arrival and was told, "They had a bulk shipment". I asked, "Then why not advertise them as that?" I received no positive reaction. Even if the items were bulk then why not in "Foil Packs"? Item were not recognized by my Lexmark printer and through the entire simple installation process my labtop went into flux. I've rec'd 2 email and 2 written letters from this company after my first review almost threatening me to remove it which I did.I finally did get the labels and have sent the product back to vendor waiting now for my refund. I went locally and bought the product "NEW" in the box and guess what no problem at all. Hopefully, the vendor has resolved this Now for future customers which I will not be one! If you choose to order I'd call and ask questions before ordering these and please vendor do not send me anyomre emails or mail at all.
