(More customer reviews)I purchased 5 in cartridges. Upon receiving them, I loaded two of them immediately. At first they seemed to be working fine. But just a few days later, the color cartridge was out of ink... I had only printed 10 pages by then... 8 of which required black only. I swapped out cartridges..Putting in the other color. Couple days later when I went to print a black ink document. The error message appeared again. So then I had to go out and purchase new cartridges. You guessed it, NOT ONE ERROR MESSAGE!!! I am extremely disappointed. I e-mailed the company, but of course no response!
