(More customer reviews)The description appeared to say that this product was new and original. At the time there was not an image of the product. The price was higher than many of the generic or refilled cartridges, so I took it to be that it was probably an original new Brother cartridge. It was not. It was in fact a generic. It may have worked just fine, but it was the fact that it wasn't represented as I had assumed it to be.
