(More customer reviews)When the package arrived today, I was in total shock. I had shoot it on video. As you can see in the video, no way in the world is this toner new. I think what they do is collect used ones, refill them, and sell it as "NEW". Even the foil wrapping for the toner was cut open!!! I will file a complaint on Amazon to get my $140 back.
