(More customer reviews)I purchased this toner cartridge for my old HP Laserjet 4. Delivery was very quick but the first cartridge left ghosting and was unusable. I contacted the seller and received an apology and a return authorization with the postage included. As soon as I notified them that the defective cartridge had been sent, they sent me a replacement cartridge which works perfectly. One caveat: My printer would not recognize the replacement cartridge and after many tries, I determined that the square loop at the bottom left of the cartridge (as you insert it in the printer) was moving slightly and would therefore not drop down into the contacts in the printer. I used a screwdriver to force the loop into the contacts and now the cartridge works perfectly. I would buy from this seller again but given that I had to "make" the cartridge work, you may want to think about it twice.
