(More customer reviews)I recently bought an 8 pack bundle of these cartridges (5 black and 3 color) for my Dell P713W all in one printer. What a mistake! When I tried to print a 4 x 6 photograph, the color print head clogged halfway through the picture. When I tried to print a black and white document, the black print head clogged.
I tried 4 deep cleanings of the print head with no success. The black would not print and the color would streak when I printed a test page. I then installed another set of cartridges from the same bundle with the same results. Fearing that I had damaged the print head, I removed the cartridges and installed a pair of new Dell OEM cartridges, did a deep cleaning, and was able to successfully print a test page. My printer has been working fine ever since.
I emailed LD Products asking for a refund. Their website said that they would reply within 72 hours. After a week with no reply, I emailed them again. When they finally replied, they directed me to a website where I could print a return authorization form. I HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING! I just sent the cartridges back today, so I'll update this review when and if I get a refund.
