(More customer reviews)I ordered this for my 3 year old Brother MFC-8600DN. It was received as promised and I installed the drum and cartridge. The results were worse than the old drum and cartridge. I ordered a refurbished MFC-8600DN and put the above parts in it. Results were the same. I put in the parts that came with the refurbished unit and now it works fine. I emailed the supplier and never heard anything.
