(More customer reviews)Several months ago I ordered and paid for this Canon toner cartridge. What I received was NOT a Canon cartridge. When I contacted the seller I was told a mistake had been made and I could keep the mistake and receive a partial credit OR return the cartridge and it would be replaced with a Canon product. I returned the cartridge and waited but nothing ever arrived. I checked with UPS and found that my returned cartridge was received so I sent an Email stating that the cartridge was returned and received and that I haven't received the replacement Canon product yet. It' months later and I still haven't received the cartridge or a response to my email.
This seems to be the CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH routine. In the sellers original email to me he seemed to have an honest concern to make things right and that I not give him any negative feedback, but after several months of waiting I don't believe this is a dealer that anyone should do business with. I may be out the money but I will have the satisfaction of knowing I have saved a few people the frustration of dealing with them.
