(More customer reviews)I bought my Brother all-in-one from Amazon a couple of months ago and it's now time to replace the black toner cartridge. After having 'compatible' products mess up a Xerox printer and an HP printer, I've always stuck to OEM even though more expensive. The price of this product was higher than those that stated they were just 'compatible' and nothing in the product description stated anything other than Brother merchandise. Well, come to find out, all of Quikship toner cartridges are compatible or remanufactured. Yeah, it says so in the fine print at the bottom of Quikship's webpage and in the customer satisfaction box on the side of the page. When was the last time you read the fine print at the bottom of a webpage, or analyzed a service guarantee? Exactly. Just remember, THESE ARE NOT, REPEAT, NOT OEM PRODUCTS. Amazon should take these vendors to task for incorrectly listing their products.
