(More customer reviews)I ordered this "Original HP Cartridge" but Amazon's provider, SuperMediaStore, sent a generic Chinese "HP compatible" product instead and the process to get a return authorization was an awful, time consuming, month long process. SuperMediaStore looks like they just start a new Amazon listing for the same thing when too many negative reviews are posted.
