(More customer reviews)I bought this ink cartridge because my Brother Printer was completely out of black ink! The seller had it for a real good price -- but that wasn't the main reason I got it from this seller.The main reason was because they offered a new and ORIGINAL ink cartridge from Brother.I've gotten ink cartridges from other sellers before and I thought I was getting an original Brother cartridge.Turned out they sent me a 'compatible' cartridge instead{not what I had ordered either}.I went ahead and used it{because my printer was out of ink}.Later on when Amazon requested a review of this seller,I let them know{though everything was fine},that I was not happy.The seller had not sent an original cartridge as the order had stated.The seller ended up giving me a refund on the order.THIS time I made sure I got an original Brother cartridge.I never had any problems with the 'compatible' ink cartridge,but when the order states an original ink cartridge -- then THAT'S what you're supposed to get!
