This product got my big roller dirty, and now it won't print paper. It will print CD\DVD's but, only with constant cleaning. That's one little strip at a time. That much of the roller shows at a time.
They should give me a new printer, but I have no such illusions. They shouldn't be allowed to sell this, and Amazon shouldn't carry it. So much for doing good, honest business.
