(More customer reviews)I ordered these ink cartridges for my HP portable photo ptinter from this company because I saw the item at Amazon.com for a much lower price than it was offered from HP, but...to my surprise, what I have always heard said was true! If a deal sounds too good to be true it probably is not what was advertised. None of the (3) cartridges worked at all. It was as though they just sent me empty cartridges right out of a trash can! SO now I am out the nearly $40 dollars. i didn't try them right away. I figured if they were remanufactured that I should use up my old ink before I gave one a try? So when the first didn't have any ink in it, I got out another one. I installed it correctly, and I could barely see a faint image, but no useable picture in any of the (3) newly aquired products i paid for.Since I already paid for them on my credit card I have no idea how to get my money back! Bad product, and a dissapointing company they are. Oh, and I have two of these printers so I tried all the cartridges in both of them before you ask if my machines were defective? I put the old cartridges back in and they work so it is the product of poor workmanship and a dishonest way to do business. Shame shame shame on you~!
