(More customer reviews)These cartridges do not perform nearly as well as the Dell OEM cartridges. They worked but they consistently left toner spatters near the edges of my printed material. Their printing also seemed heavier and less sharp. I subsequently bought a Dell OEM cartridge and am not experiencing the same problems - so it wasn't a problem with my printer; it was the cartridge. This was one of those "too good to be true" lessons learned. I'm thinking the effort, aggravation, and expense in repackaging the two cartridges (I threw away the shipping box) and trying to return them is not worth the $43 purchase price.
