(More customer reviews)Bought this at Amazon for $37.85(including shipping). Put it into my Canon PC-330 copier and printed. The copy came out with smears down the long axis of the paper. Removed the copier and rolled it around several times as shown on the cartridge to disperse the toner. Ran a total of about 40 copies hoping that the problem would clear up. Never did. Called JacobsParts, Inc., in Indianapolis, IN which sells these and explained the problem. Was told to send it back the least expensive way possible and they would replace it, which they did. The new cartridge behaved the same way as the first one, with dark longitudinal smears down the paper. I returned the second one and requested a full refund, including shipping. I am waiting for the check.
