Not sure, but I believe the CLP printer may use a little of all the colors even on black and white printing - but this isn't a review for the printer, this is for toner.
So, this toner is packaged VERY VERY well. No worries during shipping.
It opens up and doesn't spill on you - VERY nice.
When you remove it, there is very little to no mess - VERY nice.
It works well is the CLP printer. (You may have CLT or CLX - I can't comment there, but on the CLP, no issues.)
So there you go - Not a bad price - free 2 day shipping for PRIME users - it's good.
