I ordered 4 toner cartridges; black, yellow, cyan and magenta. The black printing was uneven after 2 days. The yellow cartridge arrived leaking and covered with toner. It started to print unevenly after 3 days. They suggested I shake the cartridges very hard for 30 seconds over a garbage can whenever that happens. Cyan and magenta seem ok.
The company was friendly and very quick to send replacement cartridges and return labels. The black replacement was fine. The yellow replacement was leaking worse than the first one. There was about a 1/8 cup of toner in the package. They blamed rough handling from UPS. (Really? The box was fine and the packaging is very good.)
The color of the toner is very close to the Xerox brand so the printing looks fine, but the toner doesn't stick to gloss laser card stock as well as the Xerox brand does.
I will not reorder this toner.
