(More customer reviews)We purchased this product to save money. It turns out that this product was a poor replacement. We have used generic brands of toner for our Samsung printer before and they worked great. Unfortunately the company we used no longer carry this item. The prints produced by this product were light and barely readable. I did contact the company about the situation and they offered to replace cartridge or give a refund minus the shipping cost. They stated that they typically don't offer refunds or replacements after 2 weeks. This limits a person from purchasing this item before the toner in the printer runs out. Anyway, because the product was so cheap I opted not to fool with the refund or a replacement item. I will just cut my losses and move on to the next company. In my opinion, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!".
