(More customer reviews)I ordered from this vendor because it stated "genuine" Brothers toner and the photo was of the factory product, yet when I opened the box I found they were shipping clone copies of the factory product in generic boxes (not as pictured in ad).I feel the marketing of this item is deceitful. I did not open or use the product so I cannot say it does not work, but my last try with a clone product lowered the quality of the copy and more "issues" with my printer. BUYER BEWARE
